OROUNDO – IT´S YOUR CHANNEL!
Oroundo is focusing on user experience on site. Users can obtain relevant information at different points of interest or at the point of sale. We are offering a bilateral communication channel which enables us to provide the user of a smartphone with contents of our customer´s own channel. On the other hand, our users can decide which information is important for them, they can give direct feedback, subscribe the channel of our customers or retrieve relevant information directly on site via their smartphones. Our Oroundo application is providing all customers from every branch with his own channel. This channels allows direct communication with the user, wherever he wants. Whether the user wants to enjoy the visit of a museum, a guided city tour or receive information about a retail product on his smartphone – we try to make it as simple as possible – for customers and users. How does it work? Beacons (small Bluetooth transmitters which can be installed anywhere) send signals at the relevant points of interest . If a user is just interested in one specific product, art object or service, he can receive this information directly via the channel of the company or cultural institution. If not – well, that´s it. We are not spaming, we are selecting and connecting.
