About Skype

Skype is a program which allows you to make calls on the internet for free. The software supports many features that are also available with a traditional phone. These features include, for example, conference calling, video calls and call forwarding. With Skype you can also call landlines and mobile phones. Furthermore, Skype also supports instant messaging and file transfer. To ensure a high level of security Skype encrypts all calls, instant messages and file transfers.
