About Firebug

Firebug is an extension for the browser Firefox. The extension allows you to take a closer look at all the websites while surfing. Firebug shows you how the HTML, CSS or JavaScript framework looks like for the page .

The HTML structure of pages will be displayed in a clear tree structure. One can also mark selected page elements. Firebug shows you how these elements are composed.

Of course, Firebug also provides a JavaScript console, which supports the development of web applications.

Using the Net-views you can analyze the loading times of web pages and find out which elements or parts of a page are loaded very slowly.
