With MacTimer you can set up and use timer exact on a second for Mac OS X. Just start MacTimer and set up how many hours, minutes or seconds the software has to sound the alarm.
You can set multiple timers simultaneously and use the software in full-screen mode. Then everything disappears except MacTimer.
